Ingredients:
4β5 fresh guava leaves (or 1 tsp dried)
4β5 fresh mango leaves (young, tender)
5β6 curry leaves
4β5 basil leaves (tulsi)
1 1/2 cups water
(Optional) 1 small slice of fresh ginger
👩🍳 Instructions:
Wash all the leaves thoroughly to remove any dirt.
In a small pot, bring water to a boil.
Add all the leaves (and ginger if using).
Reduce heat and let it simmer for 10β15 minutes.
Turn off the heat and let it steep for 5 minutes.
Strain into a cup and serve warm.

Drink 1 cup in the morning on an empty stomach
Optional: another cup in the evening
Use regularly for best results
