Tropical Fruit Smoothie for Wellness

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup soursop (graviola) pulp (seeds removed)
  • 1 guava (chopped)
  • 1 tomato (chopped)
  • 1 cup water or milk (your choice)
  • 1 teaspoon honey (optional)
  • A few ice cubes (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Peel and remove the seeds from the soursop, then place the pulp in a blender.
  2. Wash and chop the guava and tomato, then add them to the blender.
  3. Pour in water or milk depending on your preference.
  4. Add honey if you want a sweeter taste.
  5. Blend everything until smooth and creamy.
  6. Add ice cubes and blend again if you prefer it cold.
  7. Serve immediately and enjoy fresh.

Note:
This drink can be nutritious and refreshing, but it is not a cure for blood sugar, blood pressure, or inflammation conditions as claimed in the image.
