Spicy Onion Salad Mix

Ingredients:

  • 2–3 red onions (finely diced)
  • 1–2 fresh red chili peppers (finely chopped)
  • 1–2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • Zest of 1 lemon (or a small amount of grated lemon peel)
  • 1/2 cup grated cheese (optional, as shown in the image)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Finely dice the red onions and place them in a large mixing bowl.
  2. Add the chopped chili peppers and minced garlic.
  3. Sprinkle in the lemon zest and grated cheese (if using).
  4. Drizzle olive oil and lemon juice over the mixture.
  5. Season with salt and black pepper.
  6. Mix everything well until evenly combined.
  7. Let it sit for 5–10 minutes before serving to allow the flavors to blend.

Note:
This type of mixture can be used as a topping, side salad, or condiment. It’s flavorful and healthy, but it will not cure diseases like diabetes or heart conditions despite the claim in the image.
