Diabetic-Friendly Green Detox Drink

Ingredients

  • 2 stalks Celery
  • ½ Cucumber
  • Juice of 1 Lime
  • ½ tsp grated Ginger
  • 1 tsp Chia Seeds
  • 1 cup cold water
  • A few leaves Coriander Leaves (optional)
  • Pinch of salt or black pepper (optional)

👩‍🍳 Instructions

  1. Chop vegetables
    Cut celery and cucumber into small pieces.
  2. Blend
    Add celery, cucumber, lime juice, ginger, coriander, and water into a blender.
  3. Blend until smooth
    Blend for about 30–40 seconds.
  4. Add chia seeds
    Stir in chia seeds and let it sit 5 minutes so they expand.
  5. Serve
    Drink fresh in the morning or before meals.

  • High fiber (chia + vegetables) → slows sugar absorption
