🍹 Apple & Lemon Detox Drink (Simple Fat-Burning Juice)
Ingredients:
1 fresh red apple 🍎
1 fresh lemon 🍋
1 glass of water (about 250 ml)
(Optional) 1 teaspoon honey 🍯
👩🍳 Instructions:
Wash the apple thoroughly and cut it into small pieces (no need to peel).
Squeeze the juice from the lemon.
Add the apple pieces and water into a blender.
Blend until smooth.
Add the lemon juice and mix well.
(Optional) Add honey for a little sweetness.
Pour into a glass and drink fresh, preferably in the morning.
