Ingredients
1 cup fresh strawberries, sliced
1 cup plain Greek yogurt (unsweetened)
1 tablespoon chia seeds
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1–2 teaspoons natural sweetener (optional, such as stevia or monk fruit)
A few chopped almonds or walnuts (optional for topping)
Instructions
Wash and slice the fresh strawberries.
In a bowl, mix the Greek yogurt with vanilla extract and the natural sweetener (if using).
Add chia seeds and stir well.
Layer the yogurt mixture and strawberries in a small glass or bowl.
Sprinkle chopped almonds or walnuts on top for extra crunch.
Refrigerate for about 15–20 minutes before serving.
